What to Expect

  • Birds released upon your arrival (unless you request differently, for example, just prior to your hunt)
  • Dog and handler available upon request
  • After you hunt, you must register your birds in order to legally transport them
  • Clubhouse available to warm up and relax in
  • Snacks and refreshments available
  • Bird cleaning area
  • Open October 1 through March 31
  • Morning hunts take place between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon
  • Afternoon hunts take place between between 1:00 p.m. and dusk

Guidelines

  • Reservations required
  • Blaze orange hat required - additional orange clothing recommended
  • Please keep dogs kenneled until you are assigned a field
  • Hunting within 200 feet of pheasant pens is prohibited
  • No alcohol prior to, or during hunting
  • Ground swatting is prohibited
  • To reserve a specific field you must have three or more hunters
